Thank you to everyone that participated in the Department of Health and Aged Care’s
‘Primary Care Conference 2024: One Health System in Partnership’.

The conference proved a resounding success in supporting a national dialogue on primary care, collaborating to tackle key policy challenges, and sharing learnings and innovations.
Key themes examined over the course of the conference included: the National Health Reform Agreement; addressing fragmentation and place-based policy; integration of primary care; emergency management; data and innovation; and, workforce challenges.
