Everyone who is coming to Australia’s Disability Strategy Forum needs to register.

The registration form asks for your contact details, so we know who is coming and how to get in contact with you.

It will help us know how many people are coming in person and who will join online.

The form also asks about accessibility and dietary requirements.

This will help us make arrangements for the Forum.

The form also asks about whether a support worker will come with you.

Once we know who your support worker will be, we will ask them to register. They only need to complete the form we email them.
